WHO ARE WE:

We offer a unique service to adults with disabilities in California. It is called Supported Living. Supported Living gives people with disabilities the opportunity to live independently in their own homes rather than living in a group home or institution. Our Case Managers partner with the client to ensure that they have the daily supports they need. As a SCF, you will provide case management for 7-10 clients. You will coordinate client support, lead and manage a team of caregivers, schedule management; provide 24 hours emergency response at least one week per month.

JOB DETAILS:

The rate of pay is $35-37/hour based on experience and education. Hours are M-F 8 am-5 pm with the emergency phone as assigned. Travel includes 1 week of new hire training at our Corporate office in Redding, CA within the first 6 months of employment.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE BEST. HERE IS WHAT WE LIKE TO SEE:

-Education and Experience:

a. Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or other Master’s degree OR

b. Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree and 4 years of social work experience OR

c. Five (5) years of experience in Social Work AND

d. Two (2) years management experience in a social work setting OR

e. Reasonable combination of the above

f. Complete a minimum of three (3) Compass Advanced Management training courses

-Drivers license, reliable vehicle, valid auto insurance, and acceptable DMV record

-Drug test and Fingerprint/ Background check clearance (We pay!)

-Eligible to work in the U.S.

-Have a CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to get one)
