We are a family-owned paving company in San Carlos, looking for an Assistant Office Manager who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys managing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Accounts Payable
-Accounts Receivable
-Payroll/Certified Payroll
-Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
-Experience in Payroll processing
-General understanding of Accounting Principles
-Experience in the Construction Industry a plus
-Proficiency in use of an Accounting Software Program
-Proficiency in use of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
