Busy office seeks QB knowledgeable individual willing to work in fast paced construction office, performing data entry into QB, daily tasks include assistance with vendor payments, job costing and job tracking, payroll submissions. Interaction with field personnel. Ideal candidate should have above average familiarity with QB, fast typing, answer phones, have ability to adapt to fast paced working environment. Hours are physical on site 8 to 5. Excel and FM pro experience a plus. Salary commensurate with experience. Self starter and ability to work well within team.
Candidate will be backup to existing office administrator moving into other position.
