Power Utility company is seeking applicants for its Entry Level Administrative Assistant position. This position will perform administrative tasks in support and keep offices organized. Ability for growth within the company.
We are looking for a dedicated person who can meet the requirements for the job.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
Responsibilities include preparing time and expense reports for management.
Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
Communication skills, both written and verbal
Following oral and written instructions
Adapting to changes in workload demand
Taking initiative and following-through on assignments
Acquiring knowledge of specialized terminology relevant to position
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive matters
Ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely manner
Accuracy in work quality
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
Team player
Dependable and punctual
Minimum High School graduate.
Hours are 8-5, Monday-Friday.
Travel to other offices in CA may be required.
