A Prestigious Global Private Equity Firm is seeking an organized, warm, friendly and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their high-performing team in Menlo Park!

You will provide seamless to support to the division Co-Head and team by managing ever-changing calendars, coordinating domestic and global travel as well as ensuring the smooth day to day office operations. -Complex calendar management for high-profile senior-level executives

-Liaising with high-end clientele on a regular basis

-Planning and scheduling domestic/international travel itineraries for the team

-Executing company events through creative planning

-Tracking expenses and preparing corresponding reports

-Managing all office operations, including interfacing with vendors, maintaining office/kitchen inventory, and managing conference room schedules

-Handling long-term projects and strategic initiatives

-Being the “go to” person when making important decisions regarding team efforts

-Providing back-up reception support when needed

-Ad hoc duties as assigned and opportunity to take on other projects when neededYou have:

-2+ years of administrative experience

-Bachelor’s degree

-Warm, friendly and approachable demeanor

-Ability to seamlessly anticipate Executive’s needs

-Outstanding communication skills with a knack for detail

-Professionalism and discretion regarding confidential material

-Enthusiasm to collaborate with others in the office on strategic projects and daily operations

-Desire to contribute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
