Job Summary
We are a well-established restaurant group operating three restaurants in Inner Richmond, San Francisco. Reporting to Finance Manager, the Office Assistant is responsible for providing effective and sufficient support in Finance/Admin. Working hours are 40 hours/week, 9:30 AM- 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities include:
Finance/Payroll/HR:
- Verifying daily sales reports and tips allocation.
- Managing bank deposits and making vendor online payments.
- Entering vendor invoices into QuickBooks.
- Categorizing monthly credit card expenses.
- Reconciling to-go ordering platform sales vs payments received.
- Providing data support to semi-monthly payroll processing.
- Auditing employees' paperwork and collecting missing or expired documents. Admin:
- Cleaning and organizing office.
- Answering phone calls and collecting mails.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Ordering and picking up lunch for office staff.
- Preparing kitchen orders for catering orders, printing labels & menus.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office admin, Accounts Payable, Finance - Assistant, or another relevant role.
- Experience with QuickBooks, ADP & Toast is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using Word, Excel, Google Drive.
- Proficient in using English as a working language, Spanish/Chinese speaking is a plus. - Attention to details, excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Show commitment and be responsible, self-driven.
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time (at least 25 hours should be commited)
