Responsibilities
Handle HR responsibilities, including administering employee benefits program, verifying immigration documentation and on-boarding new employees
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
Work with President to develop company policies and procedures and update employee manuals
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvement, and design and implement new systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws and OSHA requirements
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Maintain employee database
Manage company's social media presence
Provide other administrative support to company President, as necessary, including doing research, creating spreadsheets, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
Must have exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
Must be a self-starter and driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Clean CA drivers' license
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite
Spanish-speaking a plus, but not required
