Small Commercial Service Company seeking an experienced, well organized, and personable Bookkeeper/ Office Support.
Our candidate must have QuickBooks and MS office experience with some education in accounting; possesses excellent attention to detail and strong analytic skills.
Duties:
Invoice customers, filling, and sending proposals to customer.
Answer incoming calls.
Maintain office supplies.
Qualifications:
2-4 years' experience in AR and AP bookkeeping position preferred
Experienced in QuickBooks and Microsoft office
Proficient in Windows Platform
