Lizette Marie Interior Design (LMID) is a San Francisco–based boutique interior design firm known for creating refined, one-of-a-kind interiors that feel luxurious yet deeply personal. Our projects span high-end residential and select hospitality spaces, with an emphasis on craftsmanship, storytelling, and exceptional client experience.
We’re looking for a Part-Time Design Project Manager — the organizational heartbeat of our studio — to keep projects, communication, and systems running seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
Schedule and run internal project meetings, ensuring clarity and follow-through
Keep Asana current across all projects — updating tasks, owners, and deadlines
Circulate meeting notes and weekly project recaps
Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, flagging anything that needs attention
Ensure information flows efficiently between design, procurement, and leadership
Maintain operational templates and support studio organization
What You Bring
3–6 years of experience in project coordination, design operations, or studio management (interior design, architecture, or creative agency experience preferred)
Strong grasp of Asana (or similar project management tools)
Excellent written communication and organization skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving creative environment
A calm, structured energy that keeps everyone aligned and on track
Schedule & Compensation
4 days/week, 16 hours total
$50–$65/hour, depending on experience
