Successful Established California based Auto Auction seeks skilled and experienced friendly title clerk. DMV experience with experience working with vehicle titles and accompanying paperwork is necessary. Also, administrative tasks. Must be detail oriented and able to multitask. Will be dealing with customers on phone and in email.

Full Time Monday – Friday Possibility of some weekends

$40k-50k Annual Salary

Responsibilities will include:

Answering the phone & engaging with customers.

Filing and updating client records.

Ordering office supplies and managing maintenance of office equipment.

Necessary Skills and Education:

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems a Must

Quick learner.

Possess exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Able to work independently.

Able to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Willing to take directions and learn new processes.

College degree or equivalent knowledge.

Two years DMV Title & administrative experience.
