Property Management Company currently seeking an experienced full-time Mobile Home Park Assistant Manager for a 200 space Mobile Home Park in Fairfield, CA. Our vision of the successful candidate is someone with strong customer service & people skills, great attitude, Microsoft office (word & excel) knowledge! Mobile Home Residency Law and Title 25 experience is a plus!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Valid drivers license

Great communication and computer skills are mandatory

Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering calls in a professional and courteous manner

Office filing

Mobile home space leasing

Application process

Bank deposits and monthly rent collections

Communicating with residents

Provides excellent customer service to prospective and current residents, and promotes a quality living experience for all residents.

Inspects grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts supervisor of items that need to be repaired.

Scheduling and communicating with vendors and contractors.

Assists supervisor to obtain bids from outside contractors.

Assist with purchasing maintenance supplies for the property while staying within the planned budget.

Participates in Company-provided training such as WMA, fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, harassment prevention and position-specific training.

Complies with all applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS:

Mobile Home Residency Law and Title 25 Knowledge

A keen eye for details.

Great with customers.

The ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks.

Reliable, meet deadlines, and team player.

Applicants must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Applicants must have reliable transportation.

Applicants must be willing and able to work overtime for emergency calls.

Applicants must have a valid drivers license and Auto insurance.
