POSITION
Community Manager Leasing Agent position at our 160-unit A-rated San Mateo property. Consisting of a broad range of duties managing the day-to-day operations, with an initial focus on:
Advertise vacancies; schedule and tour potential residents. Maintain high occupancy levels.
Conduct daily property walk-throughs to assure security and tidiness.
Maintain strong professional relationships with tenants, colleagues, and vendors.
Participate in meetings with upper management.
Coordinate maintenance work, and routine fire and safety inspections.
Source vendors and obtains vendor bids for special work and/or regular services; manage all vendor services.
Part-Time schedule includes weekends. (Thursday through Saturday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm)
Compensation DOE, with benefits (vacation, holiday and sick pay, medical, dental, vision, and life benefits).
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Results driven, highly organized, attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple
responsibilities to completion.
Customer service/resident relations experience.
