On-site/Resident Manager and Leasing Agent for a 25 Unit Apartment Building in Mountain View
The Resident Manager’s responsibilities.
- Responsible for all leasing duties, that includes:
- Post and monitor Online Ads manually and refresh every 48 hours.
- Field and respond to all rental inquiries immediately (responsiveness is a must).
- Schedule and guide apartment tours or provide proper material for virtual tours.
- Send out applications, collect deposit and draft leases (all done on-line).
- Complete move-in; move-out apartment checklist with tenant
- Schedule and follow through to completion with all maintenance issues.
- Monitor property and tenants.
- Police grounds and address tenant issues as needed.
- Maintain Property Cleanliness
