Looking for On-Site Manager for property 8 blocks from beach! (Santa Cruz)
We are looking for an On-Site Manager for a 16-unit property in Santa Cruz. This is a live-in position. This building is roughly 8 blocks from the beach, close to downtown and UCSC.
The ideal candidate would be a work from home person, a stay at home mom or dad or retired with property management experience. Others may be considered if you have flexibility in your schedule.
You will receive a hourly rate plus a substantial rent subsidy.
Responsibilities include:
Showing units
Rent Collection
Coordinate tenant repairs
Unit/Property inspections
Enforcing House Rules
Daily walk of property to look for safety issues, pick up litter, wipe down cob webs etc.
Wipe down laundry rooms
Pulling weeds
Very light maintenance
Moving trash containers
Assist tenants with questions
Other On-Site Management duties as assigned
Spanish speaking is a plus
