Park Glenview Apartments is a quiet, independent senior living community (62+) in Oakland. We are seeking a dependable and grounded individual to serve as our Onsite Responsible Person.
This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on resident support and building oversight — not an administrative or leasing position.
Responsibilities:
Respond to building emergencies
Monitor heating, lighting, and building systems
Light maintenance and minor repairs
Vendor access and supervision
Assist with move-ins and move-outs
Be a steady on-site presence for residents
Track issues and report as needed
Ideal Candidate:
Calm, reliable, and professional
Comfortable working with seniors
Basic maintenance experience a plus
Trustworthy and responsible
Quiet lifestyle preferred
Single occupant strongly preferred
Compensation:
Reduced rent + monthly stipend (DOE)
