Real Estate Foreclosure Broker needs runner in east bay for following task:
1. Visit Properties Bi-Weekly and photograph per out direction and upload photos electronically to out office
2. Occupancy Checks, Visit new assignments to determine occupancy and communicate and obtain occupant information.
3. Attend evictions and meet our other vendors onsite and complete property evaluations
4. Complete property condition reports, have basic knowledge of construction and renovation and be able to make suggestions and recommendations.
Licensed real estate agent preferred but not necessary. If licensed will be able to obtain buyers leads from properties once placed on market This is a very part time position and most of the time can work at own schedule as long as visits are made on time. There are some set appointments that will need attendance
Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
Pay is Hourly plus mileage and potential buyer leads if licensed
