Real Estate Agent responsibilities and duties:
Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations
Prepare and proofread real estate documents, from leases to closing contracts
Organize and oversee open houses and tours
Advise clients about mortgage options and help them fill out requisite paperwork to expedite the home buying or leasing process
Attend closing dates and provide support for clients
Necessary qualifications include:
California Real Estate License (or confirmed BRE state exam date)
A full time vehicle for field work
Desire to outreach for new business
Team oriented by nature
Driven by commission sales structure
Strong energy commitment to high performance in a busy, multi-task environment.
We are looking for agents in the San Francisco Bay Area, including but not limited to Oakland,, East Bay, Contra Costa County, we cover complete SF Bay Area.
