Looking for experienced property manager for our 58 unit property. Need to have prior experience with apartment communities, not storage units.
Position requires living on-site and apartment/utilities included. Possibly move onsite after trial period. Can discuss.
Duties include overseeing all operations of the property, leasing, tenant relations, collecting rent, etc. Full time and on call for emergencies.
Experience with Appfolio a plus but not required. Good computer skills.
