Capitol Honda, a Penske Automotive Group dealership located in San Jose, CA, is looking for two Special Finance Managers, with responsibilities as follows:
Maintain and manage online BK manager
Take the lead from cradle to grave
Work bad credit leads / follow up
Work with various lenders to get customers financed
Minimum profit index of 100%(including gap, alarms, toc, maintenance ,etc)
Maintain clean and detailed paper flow on all deals
Collect all debt in Department
Ensure that all deals and paperwork meet state and federal compliance obligations

In order to qualify for this position, you MUST have prior finance experience within automotive.

Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Minimum of three years prior Automotive Finance Manager experience.
- Excellent communication skills
