We are looking for a Sr. Sales Consultant team member who is enthusiastic about beautiful customized sculptural lighting design with a genuine commitment to providing an unparalleled customer experience. You will be immersed in a fast paced and exciting customer-facing environment while developing a wide array of relationships from walk-in retail traffic to key trade clients. In addition ,you will engage in strategic outreach to the design and building community to develop and grow the client base.

We are looking to expand our exclusive team with talented individuals who are effective communicators, highly skilled in sales, customer acquisition and passionate about client retention servicing high-end sculptural lighting designs.
Responsibilities:
Ability to service and interface with clients, interior designers, architects and builders
Deliver presentations, estimates, invoices, and timely follow-up
Follow-through with initial consultation, design development and production
Plan and execute marketing and prospecting opportunities
Provide exceptional service to walk-in clients as well as outreach to area Interior designers, Architects, Builders,
Deliver presentations, estimates, invoices, and timely follow-up.
Follow-through from acquisition of sale, design development, production, to delivery and installation interface with the design community
Collaborate with showroom manager to set sales goals and deliverables.
Follow market trends and compile data for corporate review.
Plan and coordinate market outreach including events, social media, marketing, and promotional opportunities.
Assist clients in lighting selections to ensure optimal sales through an exceptional customer experience.
Accurately and efficiently work with showroom manager & clients during the sales process to ensure timely and accurate completion of transaction.
Education, Experience & Qualifications:
Experience in sales and Interior design, high-end building products or luxury home furnishings and to the trade showrooms.
A firm understanding of customizable products and general capabilities.
Experience in lighting and familiarity with lighting materials and components a strong plus.
Highly organized, sales-driven constitution with strong computer skills ( Microsoft Office ).
Experience with the design market drawing or sketching skills preferred.
Good attitude and the ability to work with a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills a must.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented, a focused planner with high energy, self-driven, fast learner eager to hit the ground running.
Natural desire to be an industry "go to" person with a craving for self-improvement and motivation.
Professional image with a high level of business acumen.
College graduate preferred or equivalent experience.
Highly motivated goal oriented individual seeking to dominate the industry.
Available to work flexible schedules including weekends ( our showroom only open week days from 9 am to 5 pm and we do have a full time showroom manager who runs the showroom ).

The company was founded by William Brand and Annet van Egmond, two pioneer artists with a big passion for lighting as an elements indissolubly connected to emotions. Every year numerous new collections are designed and created by William Brand and his team.
