An established flower shop in downtown Walnut Creek is searching for a Shop Assistant with the following requirements:
.Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
. Quick learner
. Able to multitask and adapt quickly as needed
. Identifying and processing on line orders from wiring services (FTD, DOVE, 1-800 Flowers, etc.
. Answering phone, greeting customers, communicating with clients via email
. Taking customer orders on the phone while entering data to the computer
. Typing is required
. Maintaining a clean shop and taking care of plants
. Processing flowers and ability to learn quickly to make flower arrangements and bouquets
. Be able to learn how to make flower arrangements for customers
