We start interviewing potential employees for the following positions:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Handle all payment transactions including cash, credit cards, checks, and electronic checks
Generate estimates into invoices and packing slips for clients
Create daily reports via Excel on all invoices and payments received
Input payments into QuickBooks
Organize/file away invoices and packing slips accordingly
Resolve any payment issues such as refunds or voids
Answering/directing phone calls
Complete projects assigned by accountant
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Stocking and organizing retail items.
Job Requirement
Must have proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with QuickBooks required.
Experience with one of major tax preparation software a plus.
Good communication skills, English-Chinese bilingual preferred.
[Position2]: Warehouse Worker
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day operations management of all areas within the warehouse including receiving, shipping, warehousing, and inventory control. Including but not limit to:
Unload cabinet /prefab countertop containers
Assist customers to load pickup orders.
Pull Materials from warehouse
Receiving material
Assembling cabinets
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Job Requirement:
Ability to pass forklift exam and driving test
Ability to lift and maneuver between 50- 75 lbs
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Ability to pass a background and drug screen
Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks.
[Position3]: Sales Representative
Duties/Responsibilities/requirement:
Develop and follow-up on sales leads/client relationships through referrals, walk-ins
and online inquiries
Proficient in 2020 Design software program for designing and pricing.
Assist clients in their cabinetry/Stone purchase in accordance with their needs and budget.
Proficiency with reading blueprints & ability to perform field measures.
Estimating, ordering, scheduling, and measuring each project with accuracy and speed.
(All aspects of the sale from start to finish)
Provide outstanding service to multiple clients with varying time-lines and project needs
Keep clear, accurate records of all client sales and vendor expenditures.
Keep current on kitchen and Bath design trends
Keep studio samples neat and organized.

Note: - It is an advantage if you are familiar with QuickBooks and a plus if you also speak Mandarin/Cantonese/Spanish.
