A front office position is available at Brelje and Race Laboratories. Responsibilities include answering phones, attending to walk-in clients, report generation, mailing, and other general support tasks including occasional sample pick up. A good candidate is a quick study, able to understand the methodology and requirements of water sample analysis so that they can make recommendations to clients. Good communication skills, proficiency with Word, Excel and internet searches are a plus. The ebb and flow from customer interactions will often result in hectic periods of the day. It is important to be able to manage those rushes and use the calm times to complete reports, maintain deadlines, and complete other tasks.
