Job Description
We are hiring professional and dependable Security Guards to help maintain a safe, fun, and welcoming environment at our nightclub. This role focuses on conflict prevention, crowd control, and de-escalation, while ensuring all guests and staff feel secure.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor entrances, exits, and club areas for safety concerns
Check IDs and enforce age and entry policies
Maintain crowd control and manage guest flow
Identify and de-escalate potential conflicts before they escalate
Address disturbances calmly and professionally
Remove unruly or intoxicated patrons when necessary, using approved procedures
Enforce club rules and local laws
Communicate effectively with management and team members
Contact law enforcement or emergency services when required
Complete incident reports as needed
Requirements
Minimum age: 21
Valid guard card (or have one within 90 days of being hired)
Previous experience in nightclub, bar, or event security preferred but not required
Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills
Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
Preferred Qualifications
Training in conflict resolution or de-escalation techniques
Experience working in high-volume nightlife environments
Customer service or hospitality background
Work Schedule
Late nights, weekends, and holidays
Typical shifts: 8:00pm - 2:30am
