We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Operations Coordinator for a Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our safety measures to ensure a secure and efficient environment for our employees, clients, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily security operations to ensure effective implementation of security policies and procedures.
Safety Measures: Develop, implement, and continually assess security protocols and safety measures to address potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Incident Management: Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing timely resolutions and documenting incidents accurately. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Team Coordination: Supervise and support staff, including scheduling, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and proactive team environment.
Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Implement measures to mitigate identified risks
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and compliance audits. Maintain accurate records and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to security and safety.
