Great Opportunity to join San Rafael's state-of-the-art facility employing top professionals, in a career-oriented environment.
Our Product Specialists identify potential new-car customers through a variety of sources. Shares the benefits and features of vehicles, assists salespeople with all product-related information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Communicates effectively with onsite customers and prospects accordingly.
Has thorough knowledge of all dealership product lines, including the benefits and features in detail. Able to distinguish and communicate differences between various vehicles.
Identifies the transportation needs of customers and present products consistent with their needs and interests. Assists customers in selecting a vehicle.
Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
Reviews service appointments in advance through the upcoming week, using the Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool, Revenue Radar, and Service Appointment logs.
Presents options regarding trade-in or replacement of current vehicle to identified service customers, with the assistance of Sales Management.
Continually monitors and updates the most frequently asked product-related questions on the service drive. Become the consummate information resource for all store customers.
Aids salespeople with the delivery of sold vehicles. Conducts offsite deliveries.
Conducts product presentations and test drives with customers.
Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
Participates in offsite dealership events
Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.
