Sebastopol Hardware Center is looking for part-time cashiers to join our growing team!
The cashier position is one of the most important jobs in the store as you are the first and last face the customers see. It's imperative that candidates have an enthusiasm for customer service and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a diverse demographic of people.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
A flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends
A passion for helping others
Emotional intelligence
Ability to perform basic arithmetic
Ability to effectively multi-task and keep cool under pressure
Detail oriented
Job duties include but aren't limited to:
Cashiering and counting back change
Providing excellent customer service
Helping customers locate product
