Successful preconstruction firm is looking for an independent contractor with business development experience in the South Bay Area region. Our primary services include environmental abatement and demolition projects.
Duties include, but not limited to:
-Reach out to local general contractors
-Reach out to local developers
-Receive ITBs and qualify the projects
-Attend job walks with clients and prospects
Pay structure:
-$50.00 per job walk, plus mileage
-2% commission of the total contract value, i.e. $100,000.00 = $2,000.00 paid to you upon payment to company
-Limited expenses reimbursement
