North Bay Aquatics Youth Swim Team in Marin County is looking for a high-performance swim coach(es).
Job Responsibilities
'
- Support a healthy and safe learning environment for our athletes
- Recognize, support, and challenge each athlete
- Support North Bay’s mission to coach character and excellence through competitive swimming
- Attend 3-6 workouts per week (12-20 hours), including dryland, and support the vision of the groups
lead coach (our Strength Training consultant programs dryland for coaches)
- Develop the attributes necessary to thrive at Senior Level swimming, including but not limited to:
o Team-First Attitude
o Accountability
o Curiosity
o Passion
o Resilience
- Attend about 1 swim meet per month
