For over two decades, Sagacent Technologies has served leading small and mid-sized clients in the South Bay by providing award-winning Outsourced IT and Cybersecurity to support and protect our clients. Many clients have been with us for our entire run – they have been so pleased with our performance and love working with and being supported by our team.

We are now seeking an extraordinary individual to lead, manage, and guide our Service Department in the role of “Service Manager.” This is the #2 position in our company. The ideal candidate should be strong in several areas:

Leading small teams of technology providers to quickly but thoroughly address the IT needs of our clients.

Planning, organizing, multi-tasking, and scheduling service, often while “changing on the fly.”

Unique ability to quickly analyze situations to proactively identify and prioritize our clients' actual needs – not just what they THINK they need!

Strong IT service capabilities to be able to guide our technicians, particularly in the areas of scheduling, motivation, and accountability.

Communicating in clear, simple terms to our clients and our internal teams can work together collaboratively and with minimal drama.

Desire to be a self-starter who thrives in a small company environment. We will provide you the chance to manage your team with minimal distractions and every opportunity to grow your scope of influence.

Skilled with working in databases (we use Connectwise’s Manage) and able to run reports frequently to identify profitability and productivity issues.

Compensation: A starting base of between $60,000 and $70,000 is offered, commensurate with experience. Bonus incentives tied to individual and company performance. Benefits include PTO, holiday pay, and healthcare contribution. Total Compensation (Base + Benefits +Bonus) could be $100k plus per year, with base pay approximately 60% of total compensation potential.
