The Role

You'll be providing tech support and service to both Blix owners and dealers through phone, email or chat. You'll be guiding Blix dealers in diagnosing and troubleshooting both the electric assist system and the bike, handle warranty claims and shipping of small parts. You'll also develop educational content on products for both consumers and dealers. Being responsible for service and warranties, you'll also be a key stakeholder in our product improvement and continues product development.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

- Provide excellent technical support and troubleshooting to Blix owners and bike shops

- Coordinating warranty claims and follow up with supplier

- Proactively create educational content for our online support center

- Build and service our e-bike demo fleet

- Provide support to team as required (order processing, inquiries)

- Monitor and analyze market trends, and studying competitors' products

- Identify innovative product solutions to improve performance and/or decreasing cost

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in troubleshooting and servicing bikes

- Logical way of thinking about problems and how to solve them.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized

- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
