We are an established residential builder in San Francisco looking for an Assistant Project Manager
You are:
- Have 5+ years experience in high end residential renovations
- Polished, organized and on time.
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, e-mails, Contractor Foreman)
- Can multitask
- Strong grasp in residential construction from the ground up (Skilled in finish and rough carpentry a plus)
- Have a vehicle (truck and tools a plus)
- Fluent in English with great communication skills (Spanish a plus)
- Are able to keep a full time commitment from M-F 7:30-4 p.m.
Some of the work includes:
- Assist General Contractor to work on multiple residential projects in San Francisco and Bay area
- Maintain Contractor Foreman, our management software.
- Coordinate schedule of subcontractors and team
- Manage construction workflow
- Read plans, estimate and take offs
- Organization of job site, tools, material pickup, scheduling and ordering
Compensation:
- $40 x hr to start ($83,000 x yr)
- Weekly pay, bonuses , 1 wk vacation pay (after 1 yr)
- Long-term position with room to advance.
