We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to Lead our team. As a Construction Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing, managing and working on construction projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:

- Have current Drivers License

- Bilingual ( Spanish / English )

- Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

- Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

- Read and interpret construction blueprint plans & scopes

- Monitor project progress and communicate with Supervisor

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets established standards

- Provide guidance and training to construction crew members

- Oversee tools maintenance and repairs

-Opening and closing the job site daily and directing the team

-Provide daily interactions to your laborer and journeyman team

-Ordering materials with Supervisor in a Timely Manner to ensure they arrive On Time to job site.

-Use hand and power tools along with construction material

-Knowledge to Perform ALL of the construction tasks working with:

EXTERIOR SIDING - DEMOLITION-DRYWALL HANGING-FRAMING-FENCING-PAINTING-STUCCO FINISHING-INTERIOR REPAIRS-COMPLETE FINISH CARPENTRY WORK including LAYING TILE AND FLOORING

Additional Responsibilities:

-LIFTING MATERIALS-LOADING/UNLOADING MATERIALS-WORKING ON LADDER SAFELY

-SITE CLEAN UP-INDEPENDENT PROBLEM SOLVING-COMMUNICATION WITH GENERAL CONTRACTOR-WORK WELL IN TEAM ENVIRONMENT

Secondary Responsibilities:

-Pick up and deliver material, as needed - Complete accident reports, as needed

-Attend monthly safety meetings - Perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

-Minimum 4 year experience in residential construction

-English speaking or bilingual in Spanish / English

- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans

- Familiarity with computer

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

- Must have cell phone and reliable transportation

-Must have general construction tools, eyewear, steel toe boots and gloves

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

SKILLED TRADE POSITION STARTING AT $35.00 PER HOUR

Paid vacation - 5 days sick pay yearly - Optional health care - Optional 401K - Advancement upon additional performance and experience
