Responsibilities:
Maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, bedding plants, hardscape surfaces, and playing fields through mowing, pruning, weeding, and liter abatement
Implement new landscape designs for new spaces
Renew planted and hardscape landscapes as directed, including site preparation, planting, transplanting, soil amending, and mulching
Ensure the safe application of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides
Operate and maintain manual and power equipment such as mowers, tractors, clippers, edgers, and blowers
Monitor outdoor campus for safety, reporting any potential hazards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license
Minimum of two years of gardening and landscape experience
Knowledge of common trees, plants, turf maintenance, and pest control methods.
Must be able to lift 60 pounds
Willing to work weekends and overtime if needed
Bonus if knowledgeable of irrigation systems

Pay Rate: $35.70 per hour
