Rollamatic is a 60 year old retractable roof and skylight manufacturing company seeking a thoroughly experienced millwright to join our team. This position is for a fully functional industrial mechanic, control system designer, and fabricator. It is only suitable for someone with deep experience handling all aspects of the building/maintenance of metal fab assemblies, electronic control systems, and mechanical design processes.

Your duties will include project oversight, staff direction, metal fabrication, various types of welding, electronic control design, mechanical rigging and problem solving, custom engineering adjustments to shop drawings, onsite product installations, as well as servicing and trouble shooting our previously installed products locally and abroad. Candidate must be competent and experienced in the following:
· Comprehension and analysis of architectural shop drawings, measurement tools, general machine layout, a range of mechanical processes, electric and electronic control design, assembly and troubleshooting, staff management, and communication skills.
· Mastery of fabrication procedures, MIG & TIG welding, confident with light gauge metal welds, knowledge of hand tools, rigging and safety procedures.
· Working with stainless, galvanized, and mild steel.
· Knowledge in use and installation of electric motors, wiring diagrams, install of low voltage wiring PLC controls, and trouble shooting of the above. Some carpentry experience is a plus.
Candidate must also be:
· A person with a solid, dependable work ethic that conducts themselves professionally and can lead others with confident and friendly communications.
· Punctual, dependable and looking to lead.
· Able to lift 75 pounds from a standing position, able to climb stairs, and able to operate on roof top installations without fear of heights.
· A licensed, insurable driver.
· Drug free.
