We’re looking for an experienced Journeyman-level HVAC Technician who can take charge in the field, lead by example, and follow direction when needed. This position is part-time and project-based, with the opportunity to transition into full-time work for the right person.
Responsibilities:
Install and service residential and commercial HVAC systems
Install furnace and air conditioning units
Install heating units, run and install ducting, and change blower motors
Perform diagnostic testing, refrigerant charging, and system start-ups
Lead or assist team members on installations and repairs
Maintain professional communication with the office, customers, and other trades
Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times
Requirements:
4+ years of HVAC experience (Journeyman level)
Skilled in ductwork, system installs, and component replacements
Ability to charge systems and perform diagnostics confidently
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
