Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Carpenter at Harold Construction Company for project bases in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects, utilizing power and hand tools, framing, and finish carpentry tasks on a daily basis. Emphasis on finish carpentry.

Qualifications:

- Carpentry and Finish Carpentry skills.

- Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools, common hand tool and power tools required.

- Proficiency in Framing techniques.

- Self-sufficient and forward thinking.

- Organized and clean.

- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

- Familiar with technology for clocking in and daily logs. (BuilderTrend, Dropbox, Smartsheet, email).

- Ability to read blueprints, submittals/RFIs, Addendum. General understanding of project sequencing and order of operations.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Physical strength and stamina for manual labor.

- Good attitude and willingness to work as a team and across multiple trades and skills is a most.

- Bi-Lingual is a plus, but not required. Communication in English (written and verbal) is required.
