As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a hardworking Mason Laborer to join our team and support our masonry crews.
Position Overview:
The Mason Laborer will assist masons with all phases of stone and masonry installation, including preparation, mixing materials, setting up job sites, and cleanup. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and wants to learn the trade alongside experienced craftsmen.
Responsibilities:
- Assist masons with mixing mortar, concrete, and grout
- Transport and stage stone, brick, block, and materials at job sites
- Prepare and clean work areas, including demolition and debris removal
- Set up and break down scaffolding and equipment
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites around Marin and San Francisco
- Fluent English speaker
- Physically fit and able to lift 80 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
- Previous construction or masonry experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
