Looking for a Master Mechanic and a Team Leader/Master Mechanic
6-8 weeks duration. The location is Mountain View. Job is expected to run from July through August. Potential for longer term. Be prepared to do a paid 1 day working interview.
We will be converting 12 electric vehicles, upfitting them with a custom hardware kit involving electronic sensors, chassis wiring upgrades, interior removal and replacement, addition of mechanical parts and body panels. Will also involve running some software diagnostics and working with engineering to debug issues. You will be expected to follow a detailed instruction document and make clear records (torque specs, checklists, etc).

- kit installation (electric conversion kits, body kits)
- chassis wiring
- electronics (debugging, assembly, computer diagnostics, etc)
- managing build teams or workshop
