Seeking an experienced Residential Construction Assistant to help oversee and drive the successful completion of high-end custom home projects.
Responsibilities
-Supervise and coordinate all aspects of residential construction projects.
-Read, interpret, and implement architectural and structural plans.
-Communicate professionally with clients, architects, city officials, and subcontractors.
-Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to safety and code compliance.
-Manage schedules, inspections, and project documentation.
-Lead subcontractor teams with accountability and efficiency.
-Generate supplies and material lists
-Perform occasional duties as a carpenter or finish carpenter
-Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness and safety
-Must be proficient in using all power tools
-Towing and dumping of trailer
Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/residential building.
-Strong understanding of building codes, permitting, and inspection processes.
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-Drug-free and able to pass screenings if required.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to represent the company with professionalism in all client and public interactions.
-Must provide your own hand tools.
