What You’ll Do:
Install and wire solar panels, inverters, and disconnects
Run EMT/PVC conduit, MC wire, and junction boxes
Perform service upgrades, battery installs, and system testing
Work safely, efficiently, and maintain jobsite quality
Communicate with project managers
What You Need:
Valid CA EIT or Journeyman Card
2+ years of electrical experience (solar preferred)
Knowledge of NEC and PV system wiring
Clean driver’s license & reliable transportation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
