Job Description:
Job Description Supports Specialty Cash Operations functions related to lending. May entail working on Mortgage Lending or Vehicle Lending processes. Responsibilities including creating refund checks, processing routine transactions, sorting, mailing, tracking various documents, researching, preparing documents or analyzing requests for appropriate action. Maintaining work within established deadlines is critical.Check Production and Balancing of Customer Refunds and Payments related to Mortgage and Consumer Car Loans. Production is performed in a secured environment. Communicates with Line of Business for clarity and follow through on requests. Produces checks, stop payments and reissues. Identifies checks for US Mail, Overnight or manual pick-ups. Average Daily check volume ranges from 2000 - 4000 Required Skills:- Organized and able to Multi Task
- Fast Pace Environment to meet mail pickup timeframes for same day delivery.
- Pays close attention to Details
- Same Day Production & Distribution of all checks
- Minor Lifting of supplies and check stock
- Ensures printers are stocked throughout the day
- Equipment: (Computer, check printers, regular printers)
- Software: Outlook, Basic Excel
- Application: MSP (mortgage loans), Magellan (car loans), TCEPS & CREW (checks)
- Data Entry
- Tracking of daily volumes
- Manual stuffing of overnight envelopes and production of overnight labels
- Able to work overtime to meet deadlines.
- Initially you may be required to work from home and/or remotely in this role:
- Internet Service Provider at home (no public WiFi or Internet)(high speed internet access and a secure or password-protected internet connection)
- Sufficient room to set up a laptop, monitor, keyboard and mouse
- Comfortable space to work for a full shift
- Quiet, private and SECURE space in which to work
