Our office has partnered with growing clients in the Simi Valley and Conejo Valley areas. Main responsibilities include performing a range of general clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions. General functions include performing a variety of routine clerical and accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable and receivables, collections, and finance. Will reconcile accounts, posts information and balances ledgers, process payments, create and update reports and resolve customer billing.We continuously seek for recent college graduates with a Bachelors Degree in Business or Accounting. Our clients are seeking for professional individuals that are proficient in Excel, Word, and Accounting Software, with the aspiration to learn. Individual should have excellent verbal and written communication, exceptional attention to detail and follow-up, ability to manage and prioritize duties and must be able to interact with all levels of management in a close knit environment.
