This is a potential contract to hire position.
Duties- Works with the business to crystalize their needs around projects, define success metrics and measurements
- Develops complete project plans, timelines, communication strategies, and project documentation
- Coordinate and manage the daily activities of a cross-functional team for successful execution of assigned projects
- Estimates Project cost and develop, maintain and publish a Project budget
- Establishes baseline time, cost and performance objectives to meet overall program scope
- Creates and controls project documentation across the lifespan of the project
- Ensures project requirements and processes are established and consistent with company processes.
- Assesses program risk and opportunities and establishes risk management plans
- 4+ years IT project management experience with a strong focus on ERP and Infrastructure implementations, as well as other types of IT projects such as cloud, security, etc…
- 6+ years’ experience as a hands-on Project Manager
- 6+ years’ experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, Scrumban experience is a plus
- Experience in using multiple types of PM tools (MS 0365 Project suite, as well as Atlassian suite)
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and able to clearly communicate with a diversified audience
- Demonstrates ability to multi-task and prioritize work based on business needs
- Demonstrates skill and competency in making decisions that have an impact on program costs and schedule
- Effectively lead by influence when assigning cross functional team workloads
