Job Title: Receiving InspectorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving Inspector to join our team on the day shift. The role involves conducting inspections of aerospace components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. You will use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances, perform visual inspections, document inspection results, and collaborate with production and engineering teams.Responsibilities

Perform visual inspections to identify defects, damage, or non-conformities.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes.
Participate in internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience in manufacturing inspection.
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
Experience in quality control and assurance.
Competence in operating a computer and familiarity with CMM, GD&T, and AS91012 standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor's Degree or above for leadership positions is preferred.
Experience in aerospace manufacturing is preferred.
GD&T knowledge is a plus.
Tenure in previous roles is highly considered.

Steel toe shoes and safety glasses are required. The hours for the first shift are from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with opportunities for overtime usually ranging from 4-6 hours a week. The assignment is a 90-working-day temp-to-hire position (approximately 4 months).
