Brief Description

Rexlon lab associate is responsible for meeting all requirements with respect to prepping, coating, and inspection of parts.

Key Accountabilities:

• Mixing and applying Rexlon coating to product.
• May do grit blasting to prep parent material prior to application.
• Will tape off parts per instructions.
• Inspection of parts to ensure conformance to quality standards.
• May perform basic operating in the machining cell.
• May input data into visual management forms and convey results to management as required.
• Continuously improve processes, procedures, and eliminate waste.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Desirable Experience, Capabilities and Success Factors

• At least two (2) years experience in general assembly operations.
• Ability to work with small parts.
• Ability to work with small details.
• Ability to use inspection microscope.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate with employees and management in a positive manner.
• Must be a US Citizen or a Permanent Resident Card Holder per ITAR regulations.
