Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Representative/ Part time/Full time/Flexable hours
Job Purpose:
This position involves helping the office maintain excellent customer service by conducting required Job Duties with detail and accuracy. This could also lead to a sales position in the future
Experience and Knowledge:
General knowledge of office procedures and appropriate computer related skills. Insurance knowledge or prior experience desirable. Property & Casualty Licensing preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Must possess a positive attitude and a pleasant personality.
A self motivated team player capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
The ability to operate a computer
The ability to organize and prioritize work. Enjoys working in a team atmosphere and understands that everyone’s role contributes to the success of the business.
Job Duties:
Fulfilling the Agency’s Mission on a daily basis.
Greet Customers
Answer Phones
Taking payments
Processing applications
Taking claims and follow-up claims questions or problems
Contact Clients for payment reminders
Balance Deposits
Confirm Appointments
Service requests/Memos
Sales support as needed.
Handling additional duties as assigned.
