About the Programs

Swing Lane SH is an exciting, newly constructed housing program that provides permanent, intensive Supportive Housing, as well as transitional Room & Board units for adults who have a severe and persistent mental illness.

East Grove Home TH is a non-licensed, furnished, Transitional Housing program located in Medford, OR serving up to 5 JCC Members who need extra supports for ongoing stabilization. East Grove will have a maximum stay of up to 60 days, with case-by-case consideration of extensions where needed and appropriate.

Orchard Home TH is a non-licensed, furnished Transitional Housing program intended to serve up to 6 Jackson Care Connect members who need extra supports for ongoing stabilization. Tenants of Orchard Home will have a maximum stay of up to 60 days, with case-by-case consideration of extensions where needed and appropriate.

Position Details

We are looking for a Qualified Mental Health Professional to provide clinical services at our Southern Oregon programs. This position provides clinical services, case coordination with community providers and supervision for individuals affected by a severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting, along with the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide the 24-hour residential support services to the residents.

Work Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pm

This position requires the ability to perform a Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment, Assessment Updates and Treatment Plan. The QMHP will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers. This position will work collaboratively with community agencies to ensure appropriate admission to the program and provide warm hand-off to behavioral health services aftercare. Successful applicants must be accessible by telephone for emergency purposes and provide responsible support, documentation and follow-up in a timely manner. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.

Qualifications

MUST be QMHP Certified through Mental Health & Addictions Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) -OR- MEET eligibility qualifications to register with MHACBO

MUST meet State of Oregon QMHP credentials:

a) Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field;

Bachelor's degree in Nursing and be Licensed by the State of Oregon

b) MUST meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting

Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Pay & Benefits

$4,500-$6,500 per month/DOE and QMHP credentials. This is a salary exempt position.
