Royal Crest Mobile home Park is seeking a reliable, personable, and experienced Maintenance Technician for daily upkeep and maintenance for the park. The position requires a unique skill set covering a broad range of capabilities including, but not limited to:
Heavy emphasis on curb appeal and landscaping
Grounds maintenance, including beautification of the grounds and landscaping.
Minor electrical repairs
Minor plumbing repairs
Concrete work
Repairing equipment
Fence repair
Maintenance needs for the park-owned rental homes.
Perform or supervise the maintenance work required to turnover rental homes.
Direct the maintenance work of any outside vendors.
Conduct lot inspections and deliver notices.
Maintain required safety logs.
Must be able to manage projects.
Be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage.
Will be working side by side with property manager on special projects
Reports to the Regional Supervisor regularly.
Must be organized, dependable, good with the public, positive attitude, a team player, self-starter, and highly motivated to get the job done!
