Michelle Pelech Interiors in Arroyo Grande, CA is seeking to fill a part-time (18-24 hours per week) position.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions
- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Collaborating with designer to create client proposals using Google Suite & Design Manager software
- Ordering and purchasing needed merchandise and supplies
- Reconciling cash accounts and credit card accounts, preparing journal entries
- Maintaining inventory records
- Corresponding with clients and vendors to coordinate payments, purchases, and meetings
- Interpreting and presenting interim and annual reports
- General Duties: Accepting and processing deliveries, running daily errands (includes post office & banks), organizing studio supplies and records
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent
- 5 year minimum experience in AP, AR and records management
- General computer fluency, including competence in basic software and ability to learn new programs quickly
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and accuracy as well as excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Proven multi-tasking capability
- Exceptional judgment and trustworthiness
